The Groundhog saw his shadow on Saturday, so that means we’re in for 6 more weeks of winter. Well, I knew that was going to happen - I'm just looking forward to Spring.
Thought I would share some photos of my feathered friends and some other pictures to bring a touch of Spring to everyone longing for warmer weather.

Beautiful pictures. Susan
I forgot to ask.
How did you upload music ?
Susan ibpoeow@yahoo.com
Hi Dorothy - I loved your photos; and that is really cool to have music playing, too. It looks like you do well with orchids. I haven't had much luck with them. Those flowers in your windowbox are beautiful, too. It's nice that we can share photos like yours with each other while we all pine for spring. Thanks for sharing.
I love your Blog!!

Dorothy, lovely pictures..Is the first one your greenhouse?? Just beautiful.
I answered your question on my blog, under your original post.
Well, I for one am hoping for an early spring, even though winter has been mild so far, I'm ready for it to end. LOL
Mary - Pining for Spring seems to be a common thread in blogs lately. I do miss California mild weather and sunshine..I don't remember experiencing SAD when I lived there. :o)
Ruth - I wish I had a greenhouse like the one I posted. No, it was a lovely flower shop in a cemetery, no less! It was a complete surprise, we were doing a little geneology research, and discovered the wonderful greenhouse with flowers for sale.
Thanks for answering my questions about the watercolor medium in your blog. I learned something new!
Dorothy
Your orchid is lovely--thanks for the touch of Spring!
Sometimes just a reminder, is such a help!
Ahh so lovely to see these photos! The lake is so peaceful!I think we are all starved for blossom season! hugs NG
WoW...beautifully captured shots!
Hi Dorothy! Glad you are back to blogging. The black swan is my favorite. I know I'm in the minority here but I'm so glad the groundhog saw his shadow. With temps in the 60s and 70s this week, I long for a good February snowstorm!
Dorothy! You have come back with a bang. Your photos are just so beautiful for our sorry winter minds... The music calmed me. Thanks for a getaway and thoughts of SPRING!
Hugs to you,
Mary
Oh Mary, as usual, I have 10,000 items on my plate at once. I am putting "blogging" at the top of my list and keeping it there!
Thanks for your sweet words!
I'm here for a breath of Spring..
Hoping for new ones..
tis SO cold here!!
